Tier 2 Premium Fee, 400 or 720?!

Hi All,
I want to book an appointment for a premium service and everywhere on the UKBA website it says the fee is 400, but when you want to book an appointment it tells you that it's 720?! Which one is correct?

Has anyome recently applied for a premium service at Croydon?

i have, but i didnt pay anything yet coz their system was down and i emailed to get an appointment.
its 400 pounds just for the appointment and then the rest is for the actual application fees.

Hey guys, I am a bit confused here. I found these on the HO website:

Link 1: 'There’s a fee of £400 for this service - this is in addition to the standard application fee' (link: https://www.gov.uk/ukvi-premium-service-centres)

Link 2: 'Tier 2 General up to 3 years - Extend or switch in person in the UK (premium service) fee is £1001 (link: https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general)

Does this mean for my extension I have to pay £1001 PLUS £400 or just £1001?

Also, how are you completing the application form, payment section (page 5)?
