Dependent ILR

Post by thano » Tue Apr 29, 2014 12:40 pm

HI,

I would appreciate any help regarding the following:

I got my ILR in March 2014 and my wife applied as my dependent with FLR(M) in March 2014 (before the new rules came in practice). She got her dependent visa for 2 years recently.

Question: is she eligible to apply for the ILR based on the old rules as she applied before April 2014. If she is, what form she should use- is it set (M) ? Are there any maintenance requirement ?

many thanks,

Amber

Then she may apply for SET(M) at any time now by virtue of rule 287(a)(i)(d). Adequate maintenance and accommodation required in addition to B1 English and LIUK.
