Tier 1 dependant application for Baby born in UK

HI There

i need some help with my sons Tier 1 dependant visa application

he was born on 25 Oct 2013 at London and we are planning to make a travel by Oct this year [2014]

Just confused with the list of Docs to be submitted , especially the maintenance fund required to shown and for how long.

Could anyone shed some light on this please ?
