New SET O form have many mistakes, page numbers page 4 there that shouldn't be there
, overwriting on one of the page

Form loads fine for me, no problems.

OP, it must be either your browser or the version of Adobe (page set up or something).

I git the same! I thought it was just me. Page 4 refers to content on page 5 or something. Then page 5 refers to page 6. I used the office computer to print my form and we defo have up to date software etc...
