Applying w/o dependant-need to declare child support?

I have a British child so i am applying for ilr for myself only. In Section 5 of Set(O) it asks whether one receives money/funds from partner/family/friend. I receive child support although on my salary alone i meet the points requirement for earnings. Do i still need to say yes to receiving funds as they would not have any idea of my child if not applying with me?

I would include child maintenance.

Would you know how many months of bank statements do I need to show the child maintenance? Is it last 12 months or last 3 months?

Last 3 should suffice.
