ILR Application for dependents ( Wife and a Kid)

Post by SHREESOFT » Thu May 01, 2014 11:30 am

Hi there,

I would like to get some suggestions on Applying ILR for my Wife and kid..

I have already got ILR on March 2014 , due to some reason I was not able to apply their ILR at the same time. My wife and kid have spend the same amount of time in UK as me ( around 5 years and 3 months). Their current dependent Visa ( Tier 2 General ) is valid till May 2015 .

I have no clue about documentations required .. Appreciate if some one can suggest the documents required to apply ILR for dependents . I am Planning to apply via post as there is no real rush and will be a bit cheaper.

Thanks

SET(O) is straight forward, just the general documents BRP, Passports etc for all of you and then cohabitation proof.

I am in similar situation, should the main applicant need to send the original passport and ILR BRP or just the copies?

Copies should suffice.
