Work pemit to Tier 2 ,, salary 4 ILR

Hello immigration boards
First of all i thank and congratulate for creating such a good platform for helping all immigrants.

I am writing in regard to my application for Indefinite leave to remain in UK.

I came on a 5 year work permit in April 2009 ( for Italian restaurant chain ) and then moved to another chain of restaurants in London in July 2011 on Tier 2 expiring on 15 July 2014.

I have completed 5 years in UK in april 2014.

However only thing I am not sure about is my salary requirements for ILR for chefs SoC code 5434( someone told me is around 30,000 P.A.) ACCORDING TO NEW RULES. My current salary is 25,500 P.A.

Is salary for ILR different for skilled chef or other chef ? My CoS just says my position not any skilled chef.

Also does all Degrees need to be certified from NARIC mine is 3 year degree from delhi university.

Kindly advise ,,,if i am eligible to apply for ILR or not on this salary.

Also what salary my employer should pay if he decides to extend my visa.
