Got document certifying permanent residence in April 2014

Hi guys, I am single from France and I got "" document certifying permanent residence"" card last month ( April 2014) after applying in the same month, but I am exercising my treaty rights from 2006 , I have some evidences as well like tax letter, bank statement etc.

Can I apply for neutralisation immediately or I have to wait for one year despite the fact that I entered in UK and exercising treaty rights from 2006.

you can apply for BC now if you wish but you will have to submit all evidence you already submitted for your PR application again.
fill section 2.4 in AN form ( relevant to EU national).
Make sure you satisfy all other requirements.

Yes you can but you can't use your pr card.

Do he needs to send his PR card or not. If he sends his PR card then what will be the impact ( positive or negative ) or will they consider his application on the basis of PR card and refuse it or it does not matter. And they 'll just consider his application on the basis of exercising treaty rights from 2006.
