Dependant visa help

Hi friends, I am planning to apply for my wife as a dependant visa . I am living in three bedroom flat. I am sending two documents regarding accomadation. Rent agreement letter. NOC letter from landlord. I have one question friends: Do I need a inspection report of the property that there is enough space available. Thanks in Advance.

@ peace74098, the rent agreement is enough. No need for any inspection report. The rent agreement is not even compulsory but its a good idea.
