can any one please tell me what words i need my accountant to type for me as i have withdrawn 3000 pounds from my business account as dividends as i want to apply visa of my wife .THANKS and do i need to put the current appointment report too with application from pakistan ? thanks

Is your company have enough profits to withdraw dividend?
What about corporation tax?

There is no need to submit any such letter. All you have to submit is proof of maintenance funds+proof of relationship.
you can add proof of your business and proof of accomodation if you want to but its not mandatory.

Can you explain a bit "we did business of £3000" means company got income of 3000 from the contract and you have taken all that money as your dividend,I am right?
I do have company's accountant but want to clear few things ,are you taking dividend every month,quarterly or its yearly?

@ naveednikka, for your dependant application, you don't need to give company account so there is no need for accountant letter about dividends withdrawn from business.

All you need is maintenance funds, proof of accommodation and relationship and also if your accountant can give you a letter that your business is active.
