Family Visit Visa - Unaccompanied Kids returning to India

Hi,

Our nieces (13 years and 11 years old) on whose visa (family visit visa) it is mentioned that "visit is allowed only if accompanied by mother".

Mother will be accompanying kids when they enter UK, but would like to return after a week.

Is it okay for kids to leave UK with another adult with their mother's consent letter/no objection letter?

please advise.
