application recieved on april 8th 2014

visa fee deducted on 9th april 2014

ack and biometric letter recieved on 11th april 2014

name mistake..change of details done on 10th april 2014..

new biometric letter recieved on 14th april 2014

biometric given on 23rd april 2014....from that time no news

Biometric given on 29th Jan 2013
Interview on 26th Nov 2013
refusal on 27th Jan 2014
Appeal date on 30th May

Rejection reasons are bullshit and I believe HQ got no good reason to stand in the court.
So fingers crossed

No I have not submitted the business plan along with my application but I did send it when I got the interview call....

Bank statement
All educational certificates including uk

Letters from 2 prospect clients

I am on tier 4, I cant register my company until tier 1 is issued.

by prospect Clients I mean, Clients who liked my business idea and are happy to give me business contract if I get tier 1 visa.
