Tier 2 Dependent Visa - Fund maintenance

Post by ChennaiSuperKings » Fri May 02, 2014 5:46 pm

Hello,

I'm in Tier 2 General and live in UK for more than a year now.
I'm getting married next month.
I have been maintaining 600 £ in my current Lloyds account for my wife to be and we have plans to apply for a visa asap after the wedding.Unfortunately because of my carelessness some direct debit went off and and my current account balance went short of 600 (only by 50£).So my balance was 550£ but only for a day.
But fortunately I had 300£ in my savings account, and both the accounts on my name with the same Lloyds Bank.
Is it alright?I don't know if we will get away with this.
If any of you know something about this it would be of great help.

Many Thanks,
Bala.

Nope; they might catch it....better not to take risk!

Also, from july 1st the maintenance amt varies, maintain as per the guidelines
