FLR(M) Documents

Post by bettybaroness » Wed May 07, 2014 11:42 am

Please can someone help out. My husband will be applying for ILR on long residency next month, and would be applying for my Flr(m) together. What documents does he require to show for the flr. Note: He is presently on tier 1 general and I have been his dependent and has lived here for 7yrs.

You will be subject to the Financial and English Requirements.

See the form FLR(M) from page 42 on-wards for required documents. See Annex FM 1.7 for the specified evidence for the Financial Requirement. Do click on the links.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again. I understand my sponsor will have to include 6 months payslips and bank statements in support of my application(flr), but my question is does it matter if the account is on overdraft even though He earns above £18,600?
