Retention Of EU treaty right

Hi everyone , i sent EU Form 5 with all documents for the retention of Eu treat rights as i was divorced , DOJ received my application on 14TH November 2013 and sent me acknowledge letter after 3 weeks that they have receive my application and sent me back a few original documents and kept the most of the original documents, on 14th of this month ,it would be 6 months i sent the form, i did not hear anything from them since then , i sent them an email 5 weeks ago but no reply yet , just getting worried now ,my current visa is valid until 23rd July 2012, does anyone know if the time frame for retention applications is also 6 months or more?should i write them letter or wait till next week so its 6 months i sent the form , any sugestions please or if anyone know the best way to contact them?

6 months.

You can send a letter, contact your MP and complain after 6 months
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

Go to the European Court in Dublin city center and they will assist you there
