I didn't realise this was an EC decision. That's a rare feat getting leave to enter based on a Private Life, no wonder the Home Office are in shock. I believe they always appeal FTT EC based on Article 8, the last case I saw, there was no error of law and the case stood. Congratulations indeed, so long as the case stands. Wow - that is a bit of a change of heart. To go through the whole tribunal system to decide to call it a day ...

If the visa has been granted - then the most you can do is write to the home office and let them know the relationship has broken down.

This should result in his visa being curtailed. But be aware it will then set a higher bar if you decide to reconcile and apply again.

If you still have not heard on the tribunal - you should a) write to the tribunal withdrawing support and b) write to UKBA withdrawing support.

Make sure in all letters you are clear about his name, date of birth, reference numbers etc.

Can I scan and email them the determination letter and letter that permission refused by the jugde to the visa centre...I am not sure who I should i email to...I have no email address. If I scan and email them that would be quicker and they might call my husband for collection passport rather than waiting for call letter.

Please advice me quickly.

Finally my husband has been called by the embassy.
He has now submitted his passport on 11 September at mirpur. Do you know how long he will be collected his passport? Does the passport get stamp at the Islamabad or Dubai in Pakistan?
