Hi All,

I got my Visa approved on March 6th.
Role: Software Developer
Company: Software Development Company

These are the Documents I have submitted:

Application
Bank Letter Stating my money in overseas Acc(My Acc) and Money can be disposable in UK(Bank Manager Business card)
50000£ statement from Overseas
UK 900£- 90 days Statement
UK Business Account Welcome Letter
UK Business Account Cheque

Masters University Certificate(MBA)
Btech Certificate(Computer Science)

Company registration certificate
Company Director's Appointment (CAR)
HRMC Welcome Letter
2 contracts

Marketing:

Brochure
Business cards
Website
GUMTREE ad
Facebook

Director's CV
Director's Experience Letter and payslips
Company Insurance
Data Protection Policy
Business plan


Application Sent: 18th FEB 2014
Acknowledgement and Biometric Received on 27th Feb
Biometrics given 27th feb
Appproved Letter dated on 5th March

How about the salary? Did you pay yourself very month about GBP 2,000 to reach the rate GBP 25,000 suggested in SOC?

Route is PSW to Tier1 Entreprenuer... I have SHown 50K funds from my Account in India

because the job title must be at least NQF level 4, I mean that didi your salary reach the level of you job title?

No.. My salary was less than 20k .. But i dont think Work Experience matters for filing a visa..

Am i missing somthing what you r trying to ask...?

I also apply to this visa. One thing confused me: Should I meet the salary rate from now on for continuous 3 years , or just reach the level at the 3rd year when I apply the extension?

One question bro, The payslips you attached with your application, were they of your ex employer? OR were they from your own company as director?

I have sent those to strengthen my case, Because I set up a business in Which i have previous UK experience

hi i have a strange question, were you working anywhere else b4 applying visa because currently am working for supermarket, so do i need to leave the job b4 applying for tier 1 entrepreneur visa

OK thanks but just want to ask you if my visa expiring in end of july 2014 & if i show my maintenance for one month 51k & other 2 months over 1000 pounds will it be ok ?

NO.

Your living maintenance must be at lease GBP 900 for 3 months (90 days).

The investmnet funding (50K) for 1 month is fine, but the longer, the better.

yeah but the maintenance is over GBP 900 every month even though my May bank Statement is 51k but now i moved my 50k into different account so when i send my bank statement to home office it will show May statement more & then june & july around GBP 1000 so its still fine. what do you think?
