- 1x Account statement from bank holding investment funds (third-party, money not in UK bank)
- 1x Printout of UKBA’s “Appendix Pc: Financial institutions in India whose financial statements are accepted” showing the third-party funds foreign bank used in the list
- 1x Third-party’s letter of declaration to access funds
- 1x Letter from legal representative authenticating third-party declaration
- 2x Photocopies of third-party’s ID documents as verified by the legal representative
- 1x Current Appointments Report (CAR)
- 1x Paid invoice for obtaining CAR (I paid 3 GBP)
- 1x Certification of incorporation & memorandum of association
- 1x HMRC Form CT41G

I am looking to apply from India, and my bank is refusing to give the UKBA format letter..can i give financial statement instead?
I bank with Axis bank which is included in the appendix P list..
