Application help

Hi,

I am on a Tier 1 General visa and planning to go for an extension next week. I have a Limited Company in UK, I have few questions with regards to application form.I tried looking into various post but no luck. I appreciate any prompt response as I am just preparing for my extension. Some questions from the Tier 1 form.

B20 - Please select your main occupation from the following list - What is applicable here as I have a Limited Company ?
B21 - Please give your current job title - Director ? or ?
J9 - Please provide full contact details that will allow ...... ?

Another question with regards to Payment, what should go into Payment details here as I have made a payment while booking the appointment?
