first marriage was nikah islamic religious marriage so they have to register in registrar office in uk . as they inquire in registrar office and were told thats islamic religious marriage is not valid .chaoclive wrote:Married twice?

as to prove relationshipship uk issued marriage certificate will be ok .
or they have to send again the same marriage certificate nikkah nama which they send with eea2 .
this is the main question we are looking the answer for.
as home office is only asking for marriage certificate.
