Provide the original UK marriage certificate and the photocopy of the other certificate along a cover letter explaining the situation.
I believe it should be fine.

Ok. That makes sense then! Southwest is probably right. Send the original for the UK marriage and then a copy of the first one!

Good luck :)

If residence permit eea2 has already been received and marriage certificate has already provided then is there really need to send marriage certificate again when applying PR, its strange

so there is no requirement with EEA4 APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE CARD TO SEND THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AGAIN?

Universal Soldier: if this is the case, you can also argue about the EU pasport/ ID!
if Marriage certificate is not included, HO will more likely to refuse the application.

I guess they will refuse it if you don't include it. Up to you.

on EEA4 IT SAYS PROVIDE DOCUMENTS RELEVANT TO YOU
AND it ask about marriage certificate

as to prove relationshipship uk issued marriage certificate will be ok .
or they have to send again the same marriage certificate nikkah nama which they send with eea2 .
this is the main question we are looking the answer for.

as home office is only asking for marriage certificate.
