Indian Passport renewal

Hi all
I need to renew my passport which was expired in March 2014 when it was with HO. I RECEIVED my brp and expired passport yesterday.

I need to travel to India by this Friday
But timelines of HCI london are scary. Is there anyway we can get early.
How about birmingham HCI timelines
Please help.

Go for Tatkal Scheme and apply in Person instead of Post.
I hope it would help. Or give them a call
