I spoke to couple of lawyer one of them told me apply FLR(O) but i am confuse , which will be the right one , and when you say Saving's....how much money she need to show on her account if we can borrow from somewhereAmber_ wrote:She may be eligible for FLR(FP), or she can apply for FLR(M) which will likely be placed on hold.

Amber_ wrote:Savings would be £18600 - £9600 = £9000:
£16000 + (9000 * 2.5) = £38500.
FLR(O) would be incorrect.
Yes children can make a difference to both FLR(M) [the Financial Requirement] and FLR(FP) [Exception 1].
Many thank's for your clarification.Amber_ wrote:Apply for FLR(M) meet everything but the Financial Requirement then your application will be put on hold. If eventually rejected, you can appeal and ask for consideration under private life. Your current leave will be extended whilst your application is on hold.
No they didn't give any letter saying when she may apply for SET(M). so it look's like she need to carry on Flr(M) another 2 year's or 28 days prior to her 10 anniversary of her initial entry which comes first.vinny wrote:Be careful. Was she given any letter, saying when she may apply for SET(M)?
If she applied from 6th April 2014, then she should have been granted leave for 2.5 years.
They may expect her to complete 5 years on FLR(M) or she may apply for
SET(LR), 28 days prior to her 10 anniversary of her initial entry.
