Best way to contact EU treaty rights ?

Hi all , just wondering what is the best way to contact EU treaty right section ? i sent them 2 emails regarding my pending application with them , one email was sent 6 weeks ago and seconf email was sent 3 week ago but no reply from them at all, just wondring if anyone sent them email recently and got reply back from them ?

UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

OK, should i go to my MP first or should i write them a letter first and ask them about my application?

Send a letter first.

I don't think it's standard to ask an MP to help find information about an application that has not been submitted yet. Why not post your questions on this board to see if anyone else has experience that might help you?

thanks, my application has been submitted already and i got acknowledgement latter from them as after 1 month of sending the application, my concern is that it would be 6 months on 14th on this month and i didn,t hear anything from them.have any one experience something like this?

Sorry - I thought that 'pending application' meant that you hadn't submitted.

If you don't get anything at 6 months then try to contact your MP.
