I will be applying for a visa soon, and am putting together all my documents now. A few need to be translation (from Russian and French). As I am currently in France and my visa appointment in just 2 days after I return to the UK, I have translated my documents into English here, using a sworn court translator. The translation has her name/signature/stamp/statement that it is an accurate translation/date/address, etc.
I am wondering whether it's okay that the translation was not made in the UK even though my application will be done in the UK, and whether the translations have to be on "letter headed paper". In Europe, translators do no use letter headed stationary, so what I have is just on a white piece of paper...
