funds creditability refusal.... anyone won appeal

Dear all, I need advise whoever won appeal please share your experiences.

My one of the refusal reason is that money in the account is not been invested since the date of issuance of bank letter. Please share your advice to explain this point. They know money is available in the account but they doubt that it is not transferred yet therefore it's only to show on papers.

I applied through psw route. Funds was shown in third party account.

Does it mention on your bank letter that money will be transferable at any time on request? If yes then dnt worry

Not her thing if you have applied tier 1 initial application then the category it self says to invest the money is not mandatory how can they judge that you will not trf the amount?

I guess both the points are justified if you hire a good lawyer.

Yes it is mentioned but caseworker made his assumption that it is only available to show on paper. Please I want feedback of those who have won appeal against this refusal.
