Travelling with 3 months remaining on Visa before ILR

Hello everyone,

I would be grateful for some assistance please.

My husband has a spouse visa that expires on the 14th September 2014, we intend to apply for ILR before this expires, sometime in August we will submit an application. However my husband would like to go to Jamaica in June to visit relatives. I am wondering if he will be let back in the country being as he will not have 6 months remaining on his Visa. We do not want to book the tickets and then end up stuck there waiting for entry clearance.
