Hi

I am living in Uk since 6 May 2008 as student then I got married in July 2008 with EEA national and got RC for 5 years on April 2009. Now I have Been granted ILR on Nov 2012 after my divorce. My question is can I apply for nationality ?

If you have been a resident in UK for 5 years and had ILR for 1 year I believe you can apply for citizenship. You have to satisfy residence and good character requirements.

Are you sure you have been granted ILR in 2012? Sounds you have been granted RoR (following EEA2 application). PR under EEA Regulations would be obtained in 2014 (and elgibily for BC 1 year after).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
