Date for PEO application

I got my first Tier 1 General visa on 30 July 2009. I entered the UK on 28 August 2009. My current visa (after 2nd extension) is valid until October 2015.

Am I right in thinking that I can apply for ILR on 2 July 2014?

Even I am intrested in the answer to this query because my visa dates also matches with it. PLEASE somebody answer the query.
