CNIC & Passport Changes Required - Urgent

I'm Married and Living in UK with my Wife, My wife came here on Dependant Visa in April.
We are Pakistani National.

Now I want to change her CNIC and Passport as it only stated her father's name but not mine.

So, I want to change her details with my name.

Can you please guide me for this?

Try contact the Pakistani High Commission in London; they can best advise on what to do, or otherwise next time you are in Pakistan your local Nadra office will get you to fill out a form and get this done for you within minutes.
