Tier 2 General - CoS

Hi,

I have to apply for Tier 2 extension. My employer just assigned me a CoS, but noticed that at the top of the certificate, by mistake he chose Tier 2 General - Switching immigration category, which should be Tier 2 General - Extension. Soon I realized that, I asked my employer to contact UKBA, which he did and was advised to add Sponsor note and mention the issue clearly.

My question is, will that CoS be acceptable by UKBA officer?
The Tier and category is Ok on the certificate, its just the sub category, which was selected by mistake.

as long as it is mentioned clearly in the notes, it should be ok.
