here is my case, please help me.
main applicant - tier 1 Gen - already received ILR in Oct 2013.
dependent entered as - PBS dependent; first time visa granted in Dec 2011, dependent entered UK in Jan 2012.
PBS-Dependent was then granted First visa in-country (in UK) extension on July 2013 along with main applicant. This would not impact 2 year eligibility criteria.
main applicant received ILR in Oct 2013.
PBS Dependent completed 2 years in UK in Jan 2014 and want to apply for ILR now under 2 years PBS dependent route.
please can you verify below details,
document List:
1. application Form - SET O, 2 photos
** Section 3 - Category to be selected as - Other
** Extra information - PBS Dependent of now ILR holder main applicant. Main applicant settled using Tier 1 G visa.
** Even if most of application form is directed towards main applicant, dependent details will be entered.
** Section 9 will be empty.
2. life in UK Test Pass certificate for dependent
3. degree Certificate for Dependent - For English language requirements.
4. PBS Calculator printout ( dependent degree details entered as Tier 2 G ) - showing 10 points claimed for English
5. main applicant Passport and BRP card xerox (Original to be carried along)
6. marriage Certificate
7. council tax bill, Joint account statements, Utility Bills for past 2 years.
8. main applicant last 6 months bank statements
9. cover letter.
** Statutory maternity Pay, maternity allowance is NOT Public funds, even if dependent who is now on maternity leave receives same.
** Sole occupancy council tax discount is NOT public fund, when dependent and main applicant were using secondary residence to suit job location.
fees to be paid is same as 1 main applicant on SET O Form and PEO appointment should be booked for same.
