ILR for PBS Dependent

Hi All,

I am applying for ILR in Jul-14 on the basis of 5yrs period of Tier 1(General).
I understand my wife can also apply with me for ILR at same time. Is that SET(M) Version 04/2014 right form for her? As on the form it saying ‘’Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK’’. However, I am going to settled (apply for ILR) at same time.

Providing she has been a PBS dep since before July 2012, she'd apply on SET(O) with you. B1 English and LIUK required.

I thought she need to complete separate SET(M).
Yes, she have LIUK and I have applied for 'English Language Assessment' to UK NARIC
