Urgent help - Confusion about study cap

Hi, Going to apply for Tier 4 leave to remain in 2 weeks time. Little confusion about study cap period.
Advise from Experts will be v helpful.

My Total Time spent in uk = 4 years and 2 months
Three Cas been issued Study period mention on all cas = 2 years and 9 months
(not including the extra time given after course finish date)

Rest is appeal period and extra 4 months time given at the end of leave .

My question is Do i still have roughly 2 years left for studies ?? What period will be counted towards cap ?
my total time spent which is 4 years n 2 months or HO will only count the study period of 2years n 9 months towards 5 year cap ??

Hi
To calculate your study time you count your course start and end dates instead of visa time.
Just course start date - course end date (Doesnt matter if were given some extra visa time).
All your courses seem degree level so count your total time and deduct it from 60 months allowed on degree level or above.
