ILR - Dependent

Post by amit.tora » Tue May 13, 2014 2:03 pm

Hi,

I am applying for my ILR in few months and my wife went to India for 10 months and will be joining with me at the time of application. Will she be eligible for ILR ?

Thanks
Amit

Once i called HO for similar situation, But they told if your visa was away for 6 months continuously it will be treated as break. But when i called one solicitor, he told that was not an issue, If you have a continuous valid visa and all cohabitation docs. Please let me know if you got any on concrete information on this.

Regards,
Suresh
