Spouse dependant ILR issues

Hi All,

My husband is applying for ILR in Dec-2015 on the basis of 5yrs period of Tier 1(General).
Can 1 also apply with him for ILR at same time. I joined him in UK in Nov 2013 under the dependant PBS spouse visa. What rules will apply to me? If i am unable to apply in Dec 2015 with him, what kind of visa will i be using or applying for then?

No you can't you'll have to continue/extend as a PBS dep until you have completed 5 years in the UK.
