I'm afraid she needs to switch to FLR(M) which has a A1 English and Financial Requirement. It's a 5 year route to settlement.

It's not whether you can tick one or the other, you are applying under Appendix FM that means you tick A.

FLR(M) will be refused if you cannot meet the Financial Requirement (you can combine incomes and use savings if you have enough), you may appeal (if you have the right to) and ask for consideration under Exception 1, which will be strengthened if you have a British/settled child or a child that has been in the UK for 7 or more years. Alternatively you may apply under FLR(FP) and Exception 1.

Yes that should suffice.

See also, Page 42 on-wards on FLR(M) (click) for required documents. See also, Annex FM 1.7 (click) for the specified evidence for the Financial Requirement.

hi hope u r doing well,
Regd flr m visa for my wife

1.employment letter was issued on 22april2014 and im applying for my wife visa on 27april2014 is it ok to use this letter which was issued on 22 apr 2014,or may be will it become invalid bcz its will be more than 35 days old letter?
2.i do 2 retail job,1 job i do 14 hrs and another i do only 4hrs ,,...so altogether im working only 18 hours from 2jobs,
recently i had changed my contract to 4 hours from 20 hours from 5may2014,but still upto to this month pay i had earned from around £19000 from last year,
3.my question is that, will be a problem if use my new employment which says only im 4hours permanently,
4.i had earned till 16apr2014 £19000 from 2 jobs

CAN I USE MY OLD EMPLOYER LETTER WHICH STATES IM WORKING 20HRS,IT WILL BE 35 DAYS OLD,
IF NOT CAN I USE NEW LETTER WHICH STATES IM WORKING ONLY 4 HOURS,BUT STILL I EARNED £19000 UPTO 16APR2014.

WILL BE ANY PROBLEM IF SHOW MY NEW EMPLOYMENT LETTER FROM SECOND EMPLOYER,BCZ IM CONTRACTED ONLY 4HOURS,
IS IT GOING TO BRING ANY NEGATIVE PROBLEM.
PLZ LET ME KNOW THX

my current salary is now £8000 from both j0bs,
1.untill 17 may 2014 i had earned £18800 ..from both jobs
2.lloyds pharmacy my contract was 37hrs till 1nov2013 and then 4nov2013 to 3may2014 i was working 20hrs,then from 5may2014 started working 4hrs contract but untill my last paid end of financial yr end 28march2014 ihad got £13403,+£700 paid on 28apr2014. from the new year but this month pay which im expected bcz i had done overtime should be approximately £400 which will be paid on 28may2014.
3.security job i had paid upto £6000 until march 2014

so approximatley i had received around £13403+£6000= £19403 until

so the question is that my lloyds pharmacy which im working in reduce hours, will be a problem?or it has to be a full time job ...?
previous earning will be considered or not which is more than £18600

still though i earned more than 18600 until april 2014,but currently im working 18 hours from both jobs,im getting child tax credit and im getting wrking tax credit also ...

plz let me know sorry if any mistakes above i can't express in details hope u can understand if not plz don't hesitate to contact

So at the time of application you do not meet the Financial Requirement?

my current salary im on from 5may2014 £8500 from 2jobs.
but i had earned about £18900 until 17may2014,
So i can show my earning of £18900 and employment letter
stating 1 job 14hrs and another job stating 4 hrs currently im only doing 18hrs from 5may2014.
