English requirement for ILR

Hi
for ILR application on the basis of Tier 1 general, do we have to submit english language test whereas it was already provided at the time of initial application as well as at the time of extension.

No, but you may want to include a print out of the PBS calculator awarding the necessary points in addition to LIUK.
