New *** CHANGE OF EMPLOYEE WITH NEW COS

Post by vpruk » Sun May 18, 2014 2:04 pm

Hi Manci,

I have been following your post for long time, it has been very useful at most of times. thanks. I would like to have your advice in my current visa situation too.

Currently i am in Tier 2 General visa with expiry date March 2016, working for my current employer. I also work part time for another company (8 hours/week) and they are willing to sponsor me for 5 years. I also like to join them asap.

My questions is: I understand from your previous post that we no need to inform the current employer which is not safe to do until you get the new visa. In that case, once i get a visa from my new employer - can i give my current employer a month notice and continue to work with the current employer though i have my visa from my new employer?
