I had same points as you got .it depends if you were given fixed penalty and you paid to on time without going to court the you are fine .and you dont have to even mention it in your application coz i never did and i received ilr without any problem.

I have got my ILR today ....
My wife came to the uk in 2010 on my tier 1 dependent which is still valid till July 2015.
My question is that whether she will come under old rules or new ruled whic is 5 year waiting period.
I have been to 4 solicitors to clear this issue to be honest they dont even have the answer ...I dont know totally confused ur guys help much appreciated....
Hi Khanzada khan,
As Amber rightly answered you that any one applying for their dependants after 06th April 2014 will be under the new rules, hence a 2.5 years visa after the FLR(M) which could be extended to a total of 5 years, so that they could spend that as their qualifying period for their SET(M) for indefinite leave to remain.
In your case your Mrs is pre July 2012, and though rules are quite clear but you know, with the quality of case workers that you get at the Home Office, just yesterday two members who applied for their dependants, who were pre July 2012, and pre 06th April 2014 got completely different visas, one got a 2 year under old rules, and another got a 2.5 years under new rules. I mean to say you never know if you get lucky and get a 2 years one. Please keep following the cases on this forum and that will give you a clear idea of what is happening.
All the best.
Kind regards
Shahjee

For SET(LR), if you have passport(s) covering the 10 year period, no further residential evidence should be required.

FLR (FP) can be one way farward Family life as a
Partner
(10 year route)
Family life as a
Parent
(5 year route)
Family life as a
Parent
(10 year route)
Private life in the UK
(10 year route)

Plus you know your can add your Mrs income with yours to meet the income threshold as well (if she was allowed to work which normally PBS Dep are). Even if she was working as self-employed person and registered with HMRC. :)
