Switch from tier 4 to tier 2 in the middle of course

HI All,

Great Forum and great people. Thank you everyone for sharing their experiences and helping out each other.
My query is, are we eligible to switch from tier 4 to tier 2 in the middle of the Course. I have done my MBA(2011) in UK, i am on psw and i would like to join ACCA Course this july, after i join the course if i find an employer who can sponsor me tier 2 visa, can i able switch from tier 4 to tier 2 without finishing my studies(ACCA) and with no labour market test.

If any one can help me that would be great.

Only PhD students can switch to tier 2 before finishing their courses ...
