Another quick query .. section 5 of the SET(M) form states that..
From 28 October 2013, to qualify for indefinite leave to remain, all applicants aged 18-64 must meet a
revised Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirement. The separate guidance notes to this form provide details of where to find further information about this requirement.
Now the issue is .. my wife has passed LIUK test back in March 2013 which was based on the syllabus existing during that time. I understand the syllabus has since changed (March 2013) .. does it mean she has to do the test on revised syllabus again? I am kind of confused about the "revised" wording of this section.
Please advise. many thanks.
