Tier 4 to Tier 2 before completing the Course

Hello Guys
I find this website very useful for newbies like me!I need an expert advice from Gurus.
27 Jan 2011 Came to UK on tier 4 Visa On ACCA ,was Valid upto 12 Oct 2013
I have passed first 3 papers of ACCA and luckily the 4 CAT papers ,i have passed in 2010 in my country were also appearing on my result card in year 2011. So my progress showing on my ACCA result card on 2 years 10 month VISA was 7 papers and on the basis of it i recently got extention upto 15 Oct 2016.
I am not that brialliant to pass ACCA but studying as a part time,i have passed Level 7 diploma.
My Question is,on the basis of Level 7 ,can i take admission in any Uni to do top up MBA to atleast get a UK degree ?and on the basis of MBA degree,can i apply for tier 2 VISA?Thanks alot in Advance Guys

Yes you can get admission for topup MBA in uni (Depends what Level 7 diploma you hold). Please check your Diploma awarding body through their website or call them. Many awarding bodies are being accepted in many universities. But bear in mind, you have to reapply your visa application to change the sponsor.

Yes. If you are international student and enrolled in one full time course then you can take any other at any level as your 2nd course.
