Organogram

Hi all,

What is organogram? Is it same as organisation chart? Also is it must to attach it, when applying for extension?

Yes its an organisation chart, see the FAQ for an example.

No its not a must to attach it in your extension application. I have read threads in the forum where they say attaching your organogram in your initial application would be useful to the case worker.

I havent heard that for extensions though. But even if you did supply it, it would not hurt.

Same as organisational chart - stick diagram showing who is who in the company and where you fit in

Should it be obtained from HR Dept? Or one could prepare and send it?

You can prepare one yourself or just submit a staff list with everyones job title/designation...

...the Chart is not a must but basically compliments your submission (i Think) as there is a Qn on the FLR (IED) form requesting you to specify the number of employees....blah blah blah blah............
