We have just recently adopted our niece through local domestic adoption in the Philippines under hauge convention rules,as my wife is a Filipina/Irish citizen,
we are hoping to bring our daughter back to Ireland at some stage once we recieve the final paper work from the courts,
what are our best options to bring back the child ,
could we just bring the child back to Ireland with the baby using her Philippines passport with no visa ,as we would have all our paperwork ie Birth cert,passport,adoption certificate etc to prove our case what would be the consequence's
