MN1 Child born in UK

Post by Staffs12 » Thu May 22, 2014 12:02 pm

I got my ILR on 12 May this year. I applied for my Mrs FLR (M) which is still pending. I wanted to apply to register my son born in UK in 2012 as a British citizen. Will it be sufficient just to provide my BRP, passport and his birth certificate with my name on it ? I can't provide my wife's passport and marriage certificate ...is it possible to send the said documents and be successful.

Thanks Amber for your quick reply
Do I need to disclose on the form why I have not provided my Mrs passport and marriage certificate or should I just leave it blank
