In case of judicial review , what is his situation , does his stay legal? Someone told me it will be break in his ten year continuity. What is the process of judicial review , can he apply visa in any other category during judicial review

during JR he will be a overstayer unless he gets the permission to appeal or HO offers negotiations outside of the court and grant him visa.if JR is successful and if he made the last application within 28 days of the expiry of visa/ of the appeal right exhaustion then his continuity will not be broken coz that proves the decision of the HO was wrong. he cannot make another application out of 28 days overstaying period which he is now. for JR follow the link https://www.gov.uk/government/collectio ... structions

How to File JR? His refusal was dated on 16th of May and today is his last day to contact HO about his removal. He received his refusal as it was sent by 2nd class recorded delivery. He is going to consult solicitor later on about it.
