For an appeal , Ho doesn't turn up , they didn't not showed any right proof for refusing my visa .. Judge said he ll write with in 21 days .. What ll be the outcome .. Anyone plz answer .. Make me clear

Well you'll obviously be granted leave if the HO submitted nothing.

HO can make an excuse and come up with something new to delay process. But, your chances of getting your visa now are very high!

I call HO so many time about update send a request to MP as well .
Today I receive letter about my English test that there investigating my English test awarding body toiec .In first decision they award me 10 points of language test (i got C1) .My question is if they ask a new language test so i need to score again c1 or b1 which is acceptable now. Please help me in this matter...

You told me that HO were missing from the appeal hearing in Tribunal. So, that automatically make your case stronger. Plus, there is a time-restriction on challenging an appeal decision by any party. If that time period is gone without any one party challenging it, case decision will sustain and cannot be challenged anymore.

Blackbird; on appeal day , judge ask myself , do u ask ur rep to write a letter to bank . I said I didn't . Bcoz my father verified n myself verified .. N bank issued the statement as original n genuine . Now M confused abt this doubt .. Bcoz he said he ll write with in 21 days . If he writes to check again by rep .. Still it's take time ?? It ll happen r not ??? Plz clear
