Tier1 Dependant extensions

Hi ,

UKBA announced that Tier1 General applications will not be accepted later than April 5th 2015.

Is this applicable for dependants also ?

Thanks shiju can you please let me know where did u see this info and I also want to know if dependants can apply for cutizenship after 2018.
