Never ever use 1CL or One Catalyst

Beware when trying to get a tier 2 visa to work as a contractor. There are a number of rogue companies out there who are just thieves. Such companies are 1CL or One Catalyst (same management, 2 companies). I know someone who had really bad experience on leaving them. They cheat and are not professional.

Can you please explain in detail how the company cheated someone you know ? I've a friend who's currently employed by that company and your views can help him. Also, it can alert people out there to be careful.
